Article 1 (Purpose)
KeyOn Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) to comply with applicable laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (“Information and Communications Network Act”), and to ensure the smooth and prompt resolution of any concerns regarding the protection of personal information of users who use services (“Company Services”) provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Principles of Personal Information Handling)
The Company may collect users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws and this Policy. Collected information may be shared with third parties only with the user’s consent unless otherwise required by law.
Article 3 (Disclosure of Policy)
The Company publicly discloses this Policy on the homepage or a linked page from the homepage to ensure easy access by users. The content is displayed clearly using appropriate font sizes and colors.
Article 4 (Changes to the Policy)
This Policy may be revised due to changes in relevant laws, guidelines, notices, or Company policies. Revisions will be announced via:

Article 11 (Principle of Disposal)
Personal data will be promptly deleted when no longer necessary.
Article 12 (Inactive Users)
For users inactive for over 1 year:

Logging in restores the account
Separated data is deleted after 4 years
Article 13 (Disposal Procedure)
Personal data is transferred to a separate DB and deleted after the retention period, with approval by the Data Protection Officer.

Terms of Service – KeyOn Inc.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KeyOn Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and its users regarding the use of all services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
Key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
“Services” refer to all services provided by the Company that can be accessed by users through any terminal device (including PC, TV, mobile devices, etc.).
“User” means any person who uses the services provided by the Company, including individual members, corporate members, and non-members.
“Individual Member” refers to a person who registers as a member by providing personal information and accesses services continuously.
“Corporate Member” refers to a person who registers by providing corporate and personal information and accesses services continuously.
“Non-member” refers to a person who uses the services without registering.
“ID” is a combination of letters and/or numbers created by the user and approved by the Company for identification.
“Password” is a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols used to verify identity and protect privacy.
“Paid Services” refer to services offered for a fee.
“Payment” means the user’s act of choosing a payment method and entering payment information to access paid services.
“Content” refers to all forms of data including text, images, videos, files, and links transmitted via information networks.
Article 3 (Application of Rules Other Than Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms are subject to applicable laws, service-specific terms, operational policies, and internal regulations.
Article 4 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)
The Company may change these Terms within the bounds of the law and will provide notice at least 7 days in advance (30 days for significant changes). The revised Terms take effect on the announced effective date. Failure to express disagreement within the given period constitutes agreement.
Article 5 (User Notifications)
The Company may notify users through email, SMS, push notifications, or by posting notices on the website. In the absence of valid contact details, a public notice substitutes individual notification.
Article 6 (Formation of Agreement)
The agreement is formed when:
A user applies and the Company approves
A user pays for services without registering
A user accesses free services requiring additional steps to continue use
Article 7 (Approval of Membership)
The Company may reject or delay approval for reasons including prior expulsion, use of false information, lack of legal guardian consent, or other violations. The Company may request identity verification and may limit usage based on service levels or legal compliance.
Article 8 (Changes to Member Information)
Users can view and edit their personal information anytime except for mandatory items like ID. Changes must be reported promptly, and unreported changes are the user’s responsibility.
Article 9 (Management of Member Information)
Users are responsible for managing their ID and password. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately. The Company is not liable for damages due to failure to report or follow instructions.
Article 10 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company strives to provide stable service and will promptly address system issues. However, services may be suspended without notice for emergencies, maintenance, or force majeure. Contact information and terms will be transparently displayed on the website.
Article 11 (Privacy Protection)
The Company complies with privacy laws and informs users how personal data is collected and used. Data may be stored separately after a year of inactivity and deleted upon user request. Linked external websites are not covered by this policy.
Article 12 (User Obligations)
Users must provide accurate information and follow all Terms and policies. Misuse, identity theft, or misleading names are prohibited. Membership rights cannot be transferred. Violations may result in suspension or legal consequences.
Article 13 (Provision of Services)
Services are available 24/7 unless interrupted by maintenance or unforeseen issues. Specific service details are shown on the platform.
Article 14 (Service Restrictions)
Services may be limited or suspended during national emergencies, legal restrictions, or misuse. Free services may be converted to paid services with prior notice and user consent.
Article 15 (Termination and Withdrawal)
Users may terminate their agreement at any time. Immediate withdrawal may be restricted temporarily for security reasons. The Company may terminate accounts after repeated violations or misuse.
Article 16 (Compensation for Damages)
Users or the Company may claim damages caused by the other party. The Company is not liable for issues with free services unless otherwise stated.
Article 17 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for service disruption due to force majeure or user faults, nor for losses related to unmet expectations or third-party disputes.
Article 18 (Information and Advertising)
The Company may send marketing or important notices via various methods. Users may opt out, but important legal notices may still be delivered. The Company is not responsible for user losses from advertisements.
Article 19 (Payment for Paid Services)
Users must pay fees to access paid services. Accepted payment methods include cards, transfers, and electronic money. Payment limits may apply, and users are responsible for their inputted payment information.
Article 20 (Refund Policy)
Refunds are processed depending on the type of service. One-time services are not refundable. Continuous services are refunded based on usage. Full refunds apply in cases of service failure, legal defects, or unmet descriptions.
Article 21 (Ownership of Rights)
The Company owns the intellectual property rights to its services. Users are granted a limited license for usage only and may not transfer or sell their rights.
Article 22 (Content Management)
The Company may take actions to remove or restrict content that violates privacy laws, intellectual property rights, or internal policies.

In case of disputes, the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s location will handle the case under Korean law.
